Gin-gle all the Way- Christmas Gin Recipes

Let the good times be gin with our Christmas gin recipes to make a dent in your gin collection during this year’s festivities!

You have been busier than ever topping up on gins this year, supporting our Craft Distillers and opening up your palettes to new and emerging Australian gins.

We love our gin on ice or as a good old G & T paired perfectly with the right tonic but are partial to an occasional cocktail particularly when entertaining.

Keeping it Simple

Fill a champagne coupe with ice and splash over a generous pour of gin. Add freshly squeezed pomegranate juice and a squeeze of lime then top with soda and pomegranate seeds.

Spruce up your G&T, make a garnish from cranberries skewered with fresh rosemary and add plenty of ice.

A Christmas Negroni -Make with one part gin, one part vermouth rosso and one part Campari, then garnish with a twist of clementine.

Pomegranate Rosemary Gin Fizz

When a drink screams Christmas but is cold and refreshing enough for our Aussie Christmas humidity

The juniper in this cocktail is the star of the show for the holiday season. Combined with a rosemary simple syrup

Lemon, sugar and a small dose of pomegranate juice for both colour and taste; I love the juxtaposition of tart, sweet and juniper.
