They’ve gone and bottled spring... Nostalgia overload with memories of a freshly mowed lawn in Aussie spring is the inspiration for this brand new, small batch, boutique gin born in Melbourne's inner north.
Fresh cut, hand harvested kikuyu grass (Pennisetum Clandestinum) between 10-17cms are rushed to the production line after approximately 5 hours of harvesting, stem by stem - literally stem by stem.
Including highlights of:
Soft mellowing period on grass for three days to rest, allowing more buttery textures to shine.
- Coriander seed (Coriandrum sativum),
- Oris root (Iris pallida)
- Angelica root (Angelica archangelica)
- Orange sweet
Extremely smooth on the pallet, intoxicating aromatically but you still know you’ve had a stiff drink. Drink up!
