The award-winning SouWester gin is infused with local botanicals from Margaret River. Souwester use native finger limes and saltbush to encapsulate the flavours of the unsullied South West coastal environment. The botanicals were individually distilled with rainwater from the South West, before the gin was aged in French Oak barrels that formerly housed Fraser Gallop Estate’s unique Ice Pressed Chardonnay.
SouWester gin will evoke your senses by building on the classic foundations of juniper berries and coriander seed to create a harmonious blend of savoury and coastal influences. Hints of vanilla and toasty oak enrich and intensify the local botanicals to create a perfect balance. The result is a complex and elegant gin accented with delicate citrus bursts from native finger limes and a seductive saltbush undertone, with a lingering finish that unveils itself with every mouthful.
Each bottle is individually numbered and hand bottled in Margaret River, offering a taste of the South West in every sip.
